Returns and Exchanges
We understand that buying clothing and other products online comes with its challenges and will work with you to try find a solution if there is a problem with your order.

How do I return items?
- Visit our returns portal
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions
- We will review your request once submitted and get back to you as quickly as possible
- If you request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Guidelines for returns
- You may apply for a return of exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. December purchases will be extended until 31st January to allow for Christmas gifting
- The product must be in an unused and re-sellable condition
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed or customer damaged items
- One of a kind, hand-painted board artworks
- Customised boards, eg. custom engraving or inscription
- Clearance//sale/end of edition items
- Gift vouchers
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for items we have in stock (check our website for availability). If we no longer stock the item you have requested then we can work together to find a solution.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (usable in store and online)
- NOTE: Orders paid using Afterpay are only eligible for refund less the Afterpay Fees which are non-refundable.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received once your return request is approved.
How soon will I get my exchange or refund?
You will be notified via email once your returned is received. If your return was received in original condition (or was faulty) then you will receive another email once your exchange or refund is processed.
Exchanges will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to be received due to bank processing times.
