Looking to exchange or return your order?

No problem, contact us within 30 days of placing your order by sending an email to store@thepaperrainproject.co.nz.

Let us if you would like to exchange for a different product or if you prefer to return it for store credit or a refund (excluding shipping charges if any).

Make sure the artwork is in the same condition it was received and packaged in the same packaging it was shipped. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, we can't replace lost or damaged returns.

The product must be in an unused and re-sellable condition

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • One of a kind, hand-painted board artworks
  • Customised boards with custom engraving or inscription 
  • Clearance/sale items (this now includes all clothing)
  • Gift vouchers

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it for you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (usable in store and online)
  • NOTE: Orders paid using Afterpay are only eligible for refund less the Afterpay Fees. Afterpay fees are non-refundable.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my exchange or refund?

We will email you when your returned is received. You will receive another email once your exchange or refund is processed.

Exchanges will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to be received due to bank processing times.
