Hello! Please have a read for important details regarding your order:

The Paper Rain Project, Shipping, International

  • All orders are tracked and couriered. Once your goods have been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a tracking code. This should allow you to keep track of your order! It usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive but this can vary. If your parcel has not arrived, please let us know and we will make enquiries with NZ Post.
  • Our boards are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for manufacturing. If you need your board by a certain date, please let us know as we can often prioritise orders to meet your requirements. Call Terry on 0210375704 and he will be happy to help.

SHIPPING COSTS

INTERNATIONAL TAXES (VAT)

  • Don’t forget that taxes may apply for you to receive your goods overseas depending on the destination country - please see our Taxes & Duty section for more information:

  • Although tax is included in our prices for New Zealand customers, some countries may charge taxes (such as VAT) or duty when receiving your item. Unfortunately these are outside of our control and imposed by your own government for countries outside of your free trade agreement. Please consider your purchases with this in mind.

  • EU & UK - Due to tax laws which changed in 2021, we are now unable to send items under €135 and £135 pounds as we are not registered for VAT in this part of the World. For orders over these amounts, we offer NZD45 tracked shipping or free shipping for orders over NZD$600.
  •  For overseas deliveries, please keep an eye on your tracking. If taxes or duty of some description is being charged, customs should reach out to you but does not always. Contact your local postal service for how you can pay the duty to receive your goods.
